1. Others were too busy chasing symptomatic pain instead of fixing the underlying real cause of the plantar fasciitis.
2. They never had the most powerful pain relief laser therapy treatment in the USA used on their real problem.
"Could it really be that simple?" YES!
Plantar fasciitis is a common and often persistent injury afflicting runners, walkers and hikers, and nearly anyone who stands for a living. It causes mainly foot arch pain and/or heel pain, and morning foot pain is a distinctive symptom. Standing to walk out of bed first thing in the morning can stop you in your tracks and be excruciatingly painful. Plantar fasciitis is not the same thing as heel spurs, but they are related, often confused, but respond to the same therapy program we offer. How? The same condition that causes the fasciitis causes the heel spur. Hum...so things are connected
What is Plantar Fasciitis?
Well, if you have been diagnosed with it you probably have a general idea. But for educational purposes let's break it down jus a bit.
The plantar fascia (AKA the plantar aponeurosis) is a sheet of connective tissue, similar to a ligament or tendon that stretches from the heel to toes, spanning the arch of the foot. Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation and thickening of the plantar fascia. The “itis” suffix means “inflammation.” Plantar fasciitis is basically caused by chronic irritation of the arch of the foot due to excessive strain. (overuse) The plantar fascia, along with several muscles both in the foot and in the leg, supports the arch and makes it springy. Too springy, and the foot flattens right out, overstretching the plantar fascia. Not springy enough, and the plantar fascia absorbs too much weight too suddenly. Either way, it starts to burn with the strain and you feel pain.
